RideADV.com.au is proud to announce the next ride in the Yamaha Australia supported “B2B” (Bridge to Bridge) series. The Bridge-to-Bridge events pay homage to the father of ADV Riding in Australia, Tony Kirby. The 2014, 2016, 2018, 2020, 2022 and 2024 B2B’s, were all great rides and are still talked about by many of our RideADV customers, as the best ADV ride they have ever experienced. RideADV is the most experienced off-road tour company joining the capital cities on the east coast of Australia now for the last 10 years. Imitation is the greatest form of flattery, as our competitors have now started copying the format.
So, in keeping with our mission to provide great Rider value for our friends and customers, and meeting the requests of the mob… B2B #7 will be from Adelaide to Sydney.
In one adventure, you’ll treat ALL your senses to some of the best that South Australia, Victoria and NSW has to offer! Join the RideADV team as we criss-cross this magnificent, naturally occurring phenomenon. Starting at the Adelaide Bridge in South Australia and finishing 8 days later at the Stockton Bridge Newcastle NSW. We’ll see the best the Victoria Western area has to offer including Murray-Sunset National Park and more. Later in the event you will find yourself riding along the Darling River in NSW, fertile farmland and winding country tracks. Not to mention riding through the iconic tracks in NSW after leaving the Darling River. Not only will we be seeing the best of this beautiful country we live in, but we’ll be pouring some desperately needed funds into the numerous country towns we’ll be passing through and staying in!

We will wind our way out of Adelaide, head in the rural outskirts before we track east towards Renmark. Remember it’s a navigation ride so you don’t need to sit in someone’s dust all day or stop when the leader stops, it’s all you. We will pass through and around towns in some of the most beautiful farm land you’ll ever see. There will be lunch, and fuel stops on route to Renmark.

Day 2: Mon 2nd November, 2026 – Renmark to Mildura (320km)
Straight out of Renmark we’re into the dirt and heading south along the border fence. A quick highway crossing sets us up for a run deep into the Murray-Sunset National Park. There’s definitely some soft sand in here, but the majority of the tracks are pretty good, perfect for riders with medium to advanced sand skills. Nothing crazy, just enough to keep you sharp. We’ll follow the Border Track for a stretch before swinging east rolling into Hattah for fuel and a breather. Then it’s north back into the Murray-Sunset National Park, and up through the scrub, dirt and farm country until we hit Mildura. A 320km day testing in spots, rewarding all the way through. We have a sand-free alternative if you’d rather dodge the desert country.

Day 3: Tues 3rd November, 2026 – Mildura to Menindee (456km)
We’re putting in the big ones today a full 456km of outback variety. Rolling out of Mildura, we head northeast through farm country and into the Mungo National Park. We’ll loop around to take in some of Mungo’s highlights, but with the distance we’ve got ahead, it’s just a taste this time.
From Mungo we swing west, picking up the road to Pooncarie for fuel and likely a lunch stop. Then it’s back on the bikes as the adventure shifts to follow the mighty Darling River the start of our run northeast for a while. The old Pooncarie Road winds us past Lake Tandou, around Kangaroo Lake, and skirting the shores of Lake Cawndilla. The day closes out with an approach across the edge of Lake Menindee, rolling into Menindee township for our overnight stop. It’s a big Tuesday in every sense, long distance, iconic outback lakes, and the start of our journey alongside the Darling. An epic day on the pegs.

- Burke & Wills Menindee Motel – (08) 8091 4313

Day 4: Wed 4th November 2026 – Menindee to Bourke (484km)
Out of Menindee we keep the river on our side, running northeast along the Wilcannia Road. It’s classic outback New South Wales big skies, red dirt, and the Darling never far away. First stop is Wilcannia for fuel, then we push further up the river. The run through Tilpa is a highlight, an iconic outback pub stop and a cold drink with river views before we’re back on the south side of the Darling. From there, it’s onward to Louth for another refuel and another chance to enjoy the local hospitality, before the final leg into Bourke. Accommodation in Bourke is as per the schedule, though we strongly recommend North Bourke or the Port of Bourke, both of which can lock the bikes up securely.
Bourke is true river-boat country. Riding here, it’s easy to picture the old paddle steamers that once ran the Darling from Bourke all the way down to Mildura. The country is raw, remote, and pure outback NSW epic riding and unforgettable scenes every kilometre of the way. It’s a big one at 484km, with endless red-dirt horizons, classic outback pubs, and the Darling River as your guide. Epic outback NSW riding at its best.

Day 5: Thurs 5th November 2026 – Bourke to Dubbo (438km)
Day 5 kicks off as we continue our journey southeast towards the finish, with a solid 438km on the clock. Heading east out of Bourke, we parallel the Little Bogan River before swinging southeast. Soon after we cross the Bogan River, we’ll track it south as the day unfolds. This is the big fuel day of the ride you’ll need to cover 350km on a single tank, so make sure you’re ready. A smart move is to grab a sandwich from the Bourke bakery in the morning, as food stops are limited. The route continues southeast through Warren and Gin Gin, before dropping into Narromine for a splash-and-dash fuel stop. From there, it’s the run into Dubbo for our overnight stay. A big day, with long stretches, river country riding, and the feeling of momentum as we edge closer to the finish line.

Day 6: Fri 6th November 2026 – Dubbo to Nundle (390km)
Just when you think it’s all about heading southeast, Day 6 flips the script and sends us northeast into some of NSW’s most varied riding country. Rolling out of Dubbo, we cross the Golden Highway around the back of Dunedoo, then cut south across the open plains and rolling hills below Binnaway. A fuel stop (and a must-visit at the famous Coolah Bakery) breaks the morning at Coolah.
From there, the landscape changes again as we continue northeast through Spring Ridge, across the black-soil plains of Breeza, and on towards Werris Creek. The final leg winds us up around Tamworth before climbing into the hills and across to Nundle.
It’s a steady 390km day, with a mix of plains, hills, and gold-country backroads. We finish in the old mining town of Nundle, known as the “Hills of Gold” a perfect spot to round out another big day in the saddle.

Day 7: Sat 7th November, 2026 – Nundle to Stockton Bridge (~440km)
The start of the end. It’s Saturday, and today we ride to the finish line after an epic week on the pegs. Rolling west out of Nundle, we cross the New England Highway north of Wallabadah, dropping through Seven Creeks before looping back around and crossing the highway again. From there we sneak around the back of Chilcotts Creek, cross the highway yet again, and weave our way into Murrurundi for fuel. The track keeps twisting out along Timor Road, across Green Creek, up to Isaacs Creek and Pages Creek, and then dropping past Ellerston and through Moonan Flat. The ride keeps its flow as we work down into Rouchel, past Bowmans Creek, and then skirt around Singleton. The final run takes us through Sedgefield, Stanhope, and the back of Seaham, before one last sting in the tail delivers us to the finish. We roll down Medowie Road, past Williamtown Airport, and onto the Stockton Bridge, the finish line.
It’s around 440km (possibly shortened), and when you cross that bridge you’ve completed something special: an epic crossing of three states, on the most indirect and adventurous route possible. RideADV style, through and through.
The Yamaha supported RideADV Bridge to Bridge series has been going since 2014, after Tony Kirby RideADV has led the way with these east coast inter capital city rides.
